Shipping & Returns

Items are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business from the day the order is placed (orders ship from Athens Greece).

Shipping to Greece

For the city of Athens and the region of Attica, next -business- day delivery (from the day of shipment) is available and used as our standard shipping method.

Deliveries can also take place to the extended land and island network all over Greece. In that case, your order is estimated to arrive at your place in 1-7 business days after its shipment. Shipping to all destinations in Greece costs 3 euros and is handled by TAS Courier.

Shipping to Cyprus

Orders to Cyprus are estimated to be delivered in 3-7 business days after shipment.


International Shipping

Countries we currently ship to cover the majority of international destinations around the world. International shipping costs 5 euros and is handled by ELTA Hellenic Post.

Transit time for international shipments inside the E.U. is 5-10 business days on average (excluding Cyprus and Malta), while for other countries it may exceed those. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur to countries outside the E.U.

Delivery time is indicative; we are not responsible for delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control. The shipping prices can change at anytime and will always be accurately calculated at checkout. 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s).

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To make a return, email us to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
